Always great food. Service is outstanding. A little pricey for lunch but worth it! Free WiFi. Clean and pleasant surroundings.

Disappointing order tonight! The Asian Sesame Chicken Salad did not even fill half of the container. And the inside is ridiculously unbelievable. It seems like they’re leftovers from the cutting board! And the bread!!!! Look at this burnt bread that feels like it’s been baked weeks ago! This is the first in the many times that I’ve in this location. I’m disappointed!

Their food is always great and customer service is top notch. Friendly staff and great service with a smile is why I will continue to patronize this awesome establishment.

Soba noodle bowl edemame - best I have had yet. Packed with good stuff. Delicious, low calorie. Tables needed to be wiped (post lunch rush) so finding a clean table was difficult-I had to wipe one off. Friendly front line people.

As with all chain restaurants the difference is the team that leads it. The team at this St Clair location was great this morning! So many times you dont see the manager. This lady manager was busting her tail during g the morning rush keeping cool and her professionalism. Even the line cook was sincere and apologetic for the wait. Nice job to the leadership team for setting the example and training your team.

Scam alert not even in St.louis drove around for hours and wound up right next to my house

It was not Good unfortunately!!! This makes my third time the quality of food was not Good!!!!

Usually I’m all about this place but as of recent their service has taken an enormous dip. From consistently leaving items off of delivery purchased to flat out making up order additions as they please. There are plenty of other places to get better quality food and less hassle for the price. Sorry Panera, you have lost a loyal customer 🤷🏽‍♀️

They have the best soups. And the Cuban gives me life.

Love the Cinnamon Crunch Bagels! Bread sliced is the way to go!

Best Mango smoothie I ever had and the Mediterranean egg white sandwich is due for! Never thought basil pesto and eggs would go together but it's delicious!!!

Great staffIf you're on the run get the bagel's bread sliced so that they are easier to eat as you drive. Pro tip. ;)

The staff work very hard and were very polite. My food order is always correct and hot! The only problem is that our pastries were hard...maybe stale? I usually get a cookie and my wife likes the croissant. Both were tough to eat tonight. The prices are high for soup and bread, so I expect the fresh baked goods to be...fresh.

Purchased bagels there Sat.Rock hard...can't get my bread knife through them....Service was awful...

My favorite Mediterranean sandwich. Un mistakeble un changeable taste. No matter which bread co. location I go to. The sandwich always taste great (same).

They catered for our group of 45 and were EXCELLENT! The food was great, they let us come in after hours & welcomed our group with smiles! We will definitely be back :-)

Sandwiches were tasty, but I ordered a hazelnut coffee with cream and was given a regular coffee with no cream.

Granted that I did go through the drive thru telling to employee my order was a little rough, had to repeat several time. But food was fresh and order was correct. And that's what's important!!!!

I like the food and the restaurant atmosphere is great, however I wish that the location would sign up for the different delivery options, especially during lockdown. For anyone who lives 15+ min away they won’t deliver and that’s kind of letdown.

Unfortunately, not very first responder friendly or accommodating due to our large vehicles. Prices getting higher, said that they put in utensils when they didnt.

Enjoy their soups & salads.  Always love it when you finally get your reward.  Their drinks are unique to this particular franchise.

The location is in a very congested area, so getting in or out can be a hassle at times. Which I understand is not entirely their fault. Aside from that it's decent. When I went the were out of bread bowls, it happens. The soup was mediocre, it wasn't bad though. Same with the service, and everything about this place really. Customer service and pride in one's job is gone. It's sad really. #YANGGANG Secure the bag!

Alright so I have a bad dog at home and I left my salad out in the living room for a few mins, not even thinking, I came back into the room and the bag was destroyed but the salad was intact!! Moral of the story, thank you Bread Co for having dog proof salad containers.

Service was pretty fast for the time of day. I had the chicken fontega panini and Asian chicken salad . I did not care for the salad. The staff was quick to replace it. Overall a great experience.

Decent. Warm fire. Staff was polite. Prices a bit steep but espresso is good.

The young lady at the counter was helpful and courteous, she helped me pick out the perfect sandwich and salad combination. My order was done quickly and brought to me by a friendly employee, I would go back anytime!

Always an enjoyable spot to grab a soup and sandwich. A bit pricey compared to some fast food restaurants but I think it is worth it.

They have the best baguette!

The med. veg. sandwich is usually scrumptious. It's a vegetarian-friendly sandwich on this tomato basil bread that really completes the sandwich.The last two times I have been to this specific location, they gave me the wrong bread and didnt say anything. This time around, one half was two butts of the a loaf! 🤮 This time around they thought they could solve it by just throwing a cookie in the bag. I wouldn't get the sandwich if I knew the bread wasnt gonna be tomato basil. Let a customer know when they are buying something that doesn't have all of the correct ingredients.

Amazing food and friendly staff. I had the bacon tomato grilled cheese mouth watering.

Great food and great service, especially during the pandemic. Very grateful that the bathrooms are open as well, even though dine-in is not available.

They forgot my strawberry lemonade freezy and I paid for it!
